Excellent service in a beautiful hotel

Liked mostEvery single employee was spectacularly kind and efficient. The location is a 5 minute walk to the tube. Lots of good restaurants nearby

Could improveA couple of very minor things. There is no hair dryer outlet in the bathroom so I had to use the entry hall area which was a little dark. The love seat and armchair need to be more comfortable. There are many light switches and it’s hard to tell what each is for. A little cheat sheet would be helpful

The staff were incredibly attentive and made our being meal in the bar area very comfortable and fun, great food.
