Could improveThe check in service was disappointing, poor quality from the reception team who did not make me feel welcome. The noise was horrendous throughout the night, the propety is dated so you hear the heavy engine, emergency services and traffic right below on the massive junction as well as from outside the room door in the hallway. There is no kettle in the bedroom so if you drink tea, you don’t have this as an amenity.
