Could improveAmenities were disappointing, with dirty and damaged furniture. The painted walls need maintenance. For my first visit to Austin, I wasn't pleased to stay in a hotel under these conditions, especially since I could stay at well-known hotels nearby for a price similar to The Line. Also, the employee in the lobby who assisted with check-in seemed a bit frustrated for external reasons and wasn't very welcoming. Again, first impressions count a lot, especially for first-time visitors.

Liked mostThe location is fantastic and having a coffee shop and Veracruz Tacos in the hotel was a bonus. The swimming pool was fun. Being so close to the bat bridge is also a cool novelty.

Could improveThe rooms can be more soundproof, we could hear people in rooms across the hallway and also constantly had the music from the swimming pool (7am - 10pm) in our room.

Perfect location and vibe!

Liked mostBeautifully appointed room along the water with a view to downtown. Super comfy bed. Loved the bathroom and shower. To me a five star stay. Can’t recommend highly enough.
