As you may have heard, South Africa is experiencing ongoing disruption to power supply due to the national power utility, Eskom, not being able to meet current demand. To ensure our guests are not inconvenienced by these power interruptions, The Marly employs an on-site generator, however this does produce a measure of low-grade noise pollution. We assure you that every effort is being made to ensure your Marly experience is sweet as ever, but please let us/me know if you have any further questions. Thank you for your understanding.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Children and extra bed policy: Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children from 4 years old to 16 years old stay for ZAR 2,050 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Liked mostThe staff was the best part of our stay. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our experience memorable. They made us feel incredibly special from the moment we arrived and consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their level of hospitality was truly exceptional and made our stay unforgettable. They even helped us arrange and book all of our activities, making our stay completely stress-free. Our room was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the mountains. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the beach and many great restaurants. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of great options to start the day. The rooftop was amazing, offering breathtaking views of both the ocean and the mountains. We would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Liked mostThe location was perfect. A short Uber ride to Table Mountain and other attractions. The ocean view room is magical. But what really makes the experience is the wonderful and attentive staff. From the porter to the front desk, everyone goes out of their way to make your stay perfect.
