Wonderful accommodations for our first trip to Europe.

Liked mostThe staff was very nice and helpful. They were very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and we had drinks twice in the evening after dinner that were great. The rooms were very clean. We mostly walked and the staff helped arrange taxi transportation for us one time to go to dinner. We were a group of 10.

Could improveAlthough it was great, the shower was a little different and we couldn't figure out how to keep it from leaking onto the floor.

Liked mostהחדרים מעוצבים באופן מיוחד. היה מאד נקי. מקלחת מרווחת במקום רב ליד הכיור לדברים האישיים. שמו מכונת קפה וגם תה נחמד. הצוות אדיב וארוחת הבוקר טובה.

Semana en Florencia como en casa

Liked mostLa comodidad de las habitaciones, limpieza con mayúsculas, atención del personal, ubicación. Todo muy cuidado. La verdad que todo estuvo muy durante los siete días que estuvimos. El Spa también muy bien, muy nuevo, sobretodo, si tienes la suerte de reservarlo y no coincidir con nadie. Mención especial para el señor que nos atendió entre semana en los desayunos, profesional y amable.

Could improveWith several years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have developed an eye for detail and an appreciation for the quality of services and products in relation to the prices charged. I understand that Florence is a popular tourist destination where hotel prices can be particularly high and do not always reflect the level of service provided or the hotel’s official classification. Nevertheless, I am more than willing to pay a premium for a genuinely enjoyable experience and accommodation that meets my expectations. After all, the purpose of a holiday is to relax, feel comfortable, and enjoy the experience of having chosen the right place to stay. Unfortunately, in this case, there is a considerable discrepancy between the price charged and the quality of the services provided. The breakfast, in particular, was extremely disappointing for a four-star hotel in Florence. The selection appeared to prioritise quantity over quality, with many pastries that seemed to be mass-produced or frozen and lacked flavour,METRO. The savoury selection was equally limited, consisting of a few types of cold cuts and several slices of cheese, with no notable local specialities or homemade products. The orange juice was a commercially bottled product, and the omelette was bland and unappetising. I would much prefer a more limited selection of high-quality products, prepared with care and attention to detail, rather than an extensive buffet that fails to deliver on quality. Freshly squeezed orange juice and a well-prepared omelette would be simple yet meaningful improvements that could significantly enhance the guest experience. The coffee service was another disappointment. Guests are required to order their coffee from the staff, as there is no self-service coffee machine available that would allow them to prepare their own coffee or choose from the available options.
