Could improveFor a 5 star hotel it has a lousy excuse for a swimming pool. It has a 3 star gymnasium. The property is unable to accommodate the outdoor demands of guests during busy periods. We could never get a chair outside near pool or beach for our 10 day stay.

Could improveKomfort spania, niewygodne łóżka, brak leżaków na plaży, na basenie brak miejsca , kaucja przetrzymywana przez długi okres czasu plus do tego pobrane pieniądze z karty za śniadania i inne płatne udogodnienia w hotelu (zamiast ściągnąć to z kaucji to dodatkowe pieniądze pobrane, a kaucja dalej zablokowana- Paranoja to jest!!!)

I enjoyed the building and the grounds but ate, drank, and had fun at other places in Waikiki.

Could improveThe bar had terrible food and not so great drinks. We ended up just drinking the Hawaiian beer on tap and that was good. Nobody ever came to take my drink order while at the pool and I had to go to the bar to get our drinks. The worst thing about the hotel was the coffee and waiting in lines to get a bad cup of coffee. I feel a luxury hotel should offer coffee free in the lobby to their guests. I never felt that having the pink wristband offered me anything. I understand there are lots of people wandering through the lobby and hotel grounds and the hotel doesn't want to offer free coffee to people not staying at the hotel. Why give us the pink hotel bands? Oh, I know, that's for the honor of reserving an umbrella with chaise on the beach. However, to reserve an umbrella with chaise, I must stand in a line. Just like the coffee. This is a beautiful place and I love old hotels but this is not luxury when I must be in line by 7am to reserve a chaise or get a cup of coffee. People who stay in luxury hotels DO NOT want this kind of experience.
