Amazing family friendly hotel

Liked mostWe had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent—everything is within walking distance, which made exploring so easy. We appreciated the complimentary water station and morning coffee, and the staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again!

Liked mostDer Wasserspender und morgendliche Kaffee waren super, die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Die Lage ist gut. Für den Preis und die Sterne-Klassifizierung bestanden aber deutlich zu viele Mängel, würde ich nicht mehr buchen.

Could improveLeider konnten wir das Zimmer nicht vor 15 Uhr beziehen. Das Zimmer war kleiner als erwartet und auf einer abgelegenen Etage. Den letzten Stock konnten wir nicht mit dem Aufzug erreichen; wir mussten zu Fuß hoch gehen und die schweren Koffer tragen. Das Zimmer enthielt kaum Ausstattung und war bei Bezug verdreckt. Am Boden lag Schmutz und Müll, der auch vom Reinigungsservice bis zur Abreise nicht beseitigt wurde. Dieser spülte auch die benutzten Gläser nicht und entfernte auch den Sand nicht aus der Dusche. In den Wasserleitungen war Luft, so dass diese bei Benutzung laut zischten. Die Dusche verfügte nicht über eine Ablage und war undicht. Außerdem war das warme Wasser immer wieder aus. Am Pool unten befand sich gar keine Dusche.
