Could improve2 rooms/ 6 guest and i have been charged 80$ to have ready sofa bed for my kids…No one in three days came to polite the room.... Insane price at the bar...I could go on...they certainly won't see me again....doesn’t seem a 5 star hotel

Enjoyed It… but Those Elevators…

Liked mostNice hotel in a great location. No smoking!!! Two problems we encountered: 1) The elevators were so backed up one morning we gave up after 20 minutes and had to walk down 31 flights of stairs to the lobby to make our tee time. Our bank of elevators covered floors 29-59 so by the time the elevators got to 31 they were completely full. We had at least a dozen people on our floor waiting and only saw one elevator in 20 minutes. There were 6 elevators available so not sure why only one stopped at our floor but heard a rumor several were not working that morning. I’m 71 so this was a challenge for me. 2) When we checked in we waived maid service for our stay but one day they cleaned up anyway. It looked nice when we walked in but realized they had moved things around, even to different rooms, so had a hard time locating some items. We were looking forward to having our coffee in the room but they had taken our coffee cups which we had requested the day before but did not replace them. Why???

Liked mostDisappointed with many things: - valet staff did not help provide directions to self-parking - Two of the room key machines were unusable - poor quality in-room coffee - Kitchen utensils were difficult to get and then was missing many things - Housekeeping was very poor, always late and slow - Overcharged (have sent credit request) - As an exception, a security staff and front desk (during checkout) were helpful
