Could improveIt was unfortunate the phone line never went through. In the period I was in Florence and once out of Florence. Which makes it challenging to communicate with someone in the property. I left something very expensive but because I could not reach the hotel, and it was discarded of.

Liked mostAmbiente calmo, muito confortável. Divisões muito espaçosas. Cama grande, muito boa; colchão bom. Casa de banho completa (bidé!!!! - fantástico) área de duche muito boa. O mobiliário de muito bom gosto. Equipamento de casa de banho óptimo. Por fim, a disponibilização permanente de água. Foi fantástica.

Could improveGostei de tudo. A melhorar: nos dias de maior calor o saneamento na casa de banho fica menos bem.

Liked mostFrom the moment we walked into Velona’s Jungle, we felt so welcomed. The host was incredibly warm and hospitable, and the entire place is absolutely stunning. The decor is even better in person. Every detail is so unique and beautifully done. Our room was spacious, spotless, and so comfortable. The bed was amazing, the blackout shades were a huge plus, and the AC worked perfectly, which was very appreciated in Florence in August! They offered us drinks as soon as we arrived, and every morning they brought us the most delicious breakfast. You get to choose what you want, what time you want it delivered, and everything was fresh and so good. The location was also perfect for us. It’s close enough to easily get to everything you want to see and do in Florence, but just far enough off the beaten path that it feels quiet, safe, and peaceful instead of crowded and touristy. Truly such a special place with incredible hospitality. We absolutely loved our stay and would 100% stay here again. One of our favorite places we stayed during our trip!
