I would definitely choose to stay at Valrona’s whenever I’m in Florence, everything about it is excellent.

Liked mostI loved the unique style and I would always choose this type of accommodation over any cookie cutter hotel. The staff were excellent, especially Giulia. My room was wonderful and the breakfast was great.

Great place. Would stay here again. Easily one of the best hotels I've stayed in.

Liked mostGreat hosts, rooms are big, clean. It's like living in your own mini palace. Staff go out of the way to help, especially Veronica. Location is good too, right next to a tram station. There's a nice specialty coffee place round the corner too. Rooms are cleaned every day. Small things like complimentary water make a big difference.

Liked mostThe rooms were exceptionally stylish. The beds were super comfy, showers powerful. Host were fabulous, extremely helpful with some brilliant local recommendations for food and drinks. Was close to the station. One tram stop or an 11minute walk.

Could improveThe apartment was 20-25min walk from the historic centre. Perfectly manageable and actually quite pleasant after a steak dinner !
