Liked mostThe staff were excellent. Good breakfast. The location is quiet and close to the Metro and buses. No pool was the only downside but we were very happy overall.

Liked mostThis is a 4 star hotel that honestly gives you a 5 star feeling. Everything felt smooth and professional from the moment I arrived. Unfortunately, my stay was during a very busy period and the hotel was completely full, which was noticeable. The official check-in time was 2 PM, but I had to wait around 30 extra minutes before the room was ready. Still, the staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful, and they really did their best to accommodate my requests. I wanted a room with a bathtub and a city view, and they made the effort to find the right room for me despite how busy the hotel was. The room itself was very clean, the breakfast was good, and overall I had a really nice stay. Even with the hotel being full, the staff managed to make the whole experience feel seamless and were always trying to help as much as they could. Definitely a very good experience overall, and I’d be happy to stay here again.
