Could improveSubject: Disappointment Regarding Late Checkout Request Dear Hotel Management, I would like to express my disappointment regarding the handling of my late checkout request. I had explained to the front desk that I had an important business meeting in Jebel Ali and requested a late checkout until 3:00 PM. Unfortunately, my request was refused, despite the circumstances and the relatively short extension I was asking for. As a result, I had to cut my meeting short and return to the hotel solely to check out. This caused significant inconvenience and disrupted an important business commitment. I understand that late checkouts are subject to availability and hotel policy. However, I would have appreciated greater flexibility and consideration given the circumstances. The experience was particularly disappointing and fell below the level of service I would expect from your hotel. I hope you will review this matter and take my feedback into consideration, as situations like this can have a significant impact on a guest’s overall experience. Kind regards,
