Piaciuto di piùWe had a wonderful stay at this resort in Cancun! The place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was well organized, and we truly enjoyed our time here with our family. Thank you to the entire team for the great hospitality and lovely experience. Highly recommended! We would definitely love to come back again.

Da migliorareThe only thing we didn't like was the mosquitoes. I recommend bringing mosquito repellent to make your stay more comfortable. Other than that, everything was great!

An enjoyable stay with good food and friendly staff, but let down by dated facilities, tired rooms and a less-than-ideal

Piaciuto di piùThe food was a real positive, with a great variety of options available and something to suit everyone. The drinks were also good, and the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The all-inclusive offering was enjoyable, and we appreciated the choice of food and drinks available.

Da migliorareUnfortunately, the hotel itself felt quite dated and in need of some investment and modernisation. The rooms in particular could benefit from redecorating, and we noticed mould in several areas, which was disappointing and took away from the overall experience. The location was also a downside. The hotel isn’t really within comfortable walking distance of Cancún’s main tourist areas, meaning you’re reliant on taxis or Ubers if you want to explore, visit shops or enjoy the nightlife. Although the food, drinks and staff were all good, the general condition of the hotel and its facilities let the experience down. With some refurbishment and better attention to room maintenance, it could be a much more enjoyable place to stay.
