From the moment we arrived, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. The hotel is beautiful, perfectly located, and offers stunning views of the Arno River. Every interaction with the staff exceeded our expectations, they were always friendly, attentive, and eager to make our stay memorable. The property is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located, with breathtaking views of the Arno River and just a short walk from Florence’s most iconic landmarks. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, creating an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and welcoming. What truly sets Hotel Lungarno apart, however, is its people. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Their warmth, professionalism, attention to detail, and sincere desire to make our stay memorable were exceptional. It is rare to find a hotel where service feels so natural and heartfelt. We were traveling with our 10-year-old son, and everyone made him feel just as welcome as us, which made our family trip even more special. Our room was beautiful, impeccably maintained, and exceptionally comfortable. Every aspect of our stay reflected the highest standards of hospitality. Florence is an unforgettable city, and staying at Hotel Lungarno made the experience even more extraordinary. Lovely Boutique Hotel & Great Staff

Piaciuto di piùWe really enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel. It’s private, peaceful, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. We had one small issue during breakfast, but it was just a minor accident and didn’t affect our overall experience. A special thank you to Belel! He showed us around our room when we arrived, helped us plan our stay, and even took some amazing photos for us—even with the sun behind us! We really appreciated his kindness and hospitality. Thanks again for making our stay even more enjoyable.

Spectacular hotel with excellent service, beautiful rooms, and best location!

The service is incredible and every area of the hotel is elegant and well maintained. The concierge desk is very helpful and knowledgeable. Our room was stunning! Would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional views, staff and suites

Piaciuto di piùFantastic experience. No complaints, just a great stay, lovely experience with very hospitable staff. From parking to leaving 5 stars indeed ! Everyone was very kind. The staff were helpful in everything. They recommended exceptional places when asked. Responds very quickly to any question or need. The breakfast buffet was top tier and the views from this Hotel are picture perfect. Will be returning.
