Piaciuto di piùSeveral front desk representatives were highly accommodating, providing excellent assistance with making reservations and coordinating with the airport's lost and found department.

Da migliorareUpon arrival, we noticed a significant accumulation of dust on one of the bedside light fixtures. When we brought this to the staff's attention, the receptionist dismissed the issue by simply stating they 'try to maintain high cleanliness standards.' Given the reputation for exceptional cleanliness in Japan, the lack of immediate action or acknowledgment was disappointing.

Was ok, but not 5 star

Piaciuto di piùLiked how it was very central and that they were able to hold our bags before check in and after check out.

Da migliorareDidn't like how there wasnt room service or that we wernt able to order alcohol from the cocktail bar. For the price I felt like there could've been a room service option due to restrictions on dress code in bar.
