Great location, comfortable beds, good water pressure.

Piaciuto di piùLocation was fabulous. Close to underground train station. Around the corner from a huge shopping centre. Very close to 7-11, pharmacy etc etc

Da migliorareThe staff weren’t particularly friendly on checkin. We were a bit disappointed with the interactions we had with reception staff. The guy who helped ship our bags was great. Otherwise the rest were average. The lifts were painfully slow. It was dire. Having to go up to level 36 before you could go down and out was very strange. We tried the buffet breakfast one morning and it was okay at best. Pillows were lumpy 🫪

It was overpriced for a small room and low quality bed. Had a better stay with Hyatt
