Piaciuto di piùEasy to navigate and very clean

Da migliorareEverything was automated not very many face to face encounters. Felt like a lack of personal service and it was hard to get information about restaurants.

Nice but disappointing

Piaciuto di piùLocation, facilities and value for money.

Da migliorareI booked 2 x 2 bedroom city view apartments for a large group of us that were attending a wedding near by. Unfortunately upon arrival one of the rooms smelt of cigarettes and there were 3 cans left in the balcony. We immediately opened all the doors and windows (including the one to the apartment) to air the room and contacted reception who bought up room spray. We the left to attend a function and after returning 6 hours later the smell was just as strong as when we arrived. Reception was called again and room spray was again bought up. This was extremely disappointing especially as there were 2 pregnant women in the group so sleeping in an environment that smelt of cigarettes was a risk to themselves and their unborn babies. I feel that another room should have at least been offered, however no alternative option or compensation was provided. So what couldn’t have been a ‘perfect’ girls night out was spoilt by a room that was not up to the hotels standard. Regards, Narelle Stark

Prefer the Star in Sydney, Gold Coast or Brisbane.

Piaciuto di piùLocation was central to everything we were in Sydney for! We were in Sydney to see My Fair Lady at the Opera house

Da migliorareMore cafes selling not just chicken. The Cafe in the middle was our favourite especially breakfast 😋 No cocktail bar after dinner that didn't have the noise of the casino.....
