Bellissimo hotel in posizione stupenda.

Liked mostPosizione stupenda. Servizio attento e cortese. Pulizia camere perfetta. Piscina riscaldata

Could improveCamera standard troppo piccola (in particolare lavabo bagno). Sauna e soprattutto bagno turco troppo caldi.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Istanbul

Amazing boutique hotel in the old town

Liked mostThe receptionists are friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to deluxe king room which was superb - spacious, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The unlimited access to sauna and steaming room was excellent. Breakfast at the top floor overlooking Bosphorus was amazing - a variety of hot dishes, cold mezzes, cheese, pastries and dessert, and omelet to order. Staffs were overall friendly and kind. Would recommend and stay again!

Could improveCheckin was a bit slow as there were only 2 receptionists on duty. Could have been more staffed. Not really a complaint cause the hotel was was really great, but the hotels main entrance itself is on a slope, making entrance and exit tricky with luggage especially
