Exceptional hospitality and a truly memorable stay

Liked mostWe absolutely loved everything about our stay. The hotel is beautiful, elegant and extremely well equipped, with great attention to every detail. Our room was exceptionally spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was equally impressive, beautifully designed and equipped with premium amenities, including Dyson. What made our stay truly special was the wonderful service. A very special thank you to Alexandra, who took such great care in organizing a lovely surprise for our little boy’s upcoming birthday. It was an incredibly thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. We would also like to mention the lovely lady who welcomed us every morning at breakfast. She was always so warm, friendly and welcoming, and started our mornings with a smile. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name, but her kindness certainly didn’t go unnoticed. The entire team was professional, attentive and genuinely caring. From the spacious rooms and excellent facilities to all the thoughtful little details, everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely love to return!

Liked mostI loved absolutely everything about this property. From the entrance, Guest Relations team (Dominik in particular), are making you feel so special. Everyone is helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and new. Location of the hotel is just wonderful 😍 definitely my favorite property in Vienna!
