La struttura in oggetto, dichiarata di categoria 4 stelle, si è rivelata totalmente inadatta a garantire i requisiti minimi di abitabilità e di tutela della salute. La camera assegnata, caratterizzata da ampie vetrate a tutta parete e completamente esposta al sole in un periodo con temperature esterne superiori ai 40°C, ha generato un insostenibile effetto serra. La temperatura interna ha raggiunto livelli tali da configurare un manifesto rischio sanitario per gli occupanti. Interpellata immediatamente la direzione della struttura per richiedere il trasferimento in un alloggio dotato di adeguato impianto di climatizzazione, lo staff ha dichiarato l'impossibilità di fornire una camera alternativa fino al giorno 12 agosto. A fronte dell'inerzia e dell'impossibilità oggettiva di permanere nei locali in condizioni di sicurezza per la salute, mi sono visto costretto ad abbandonare la struttura e a trovare autonomamente una sistemazione alternativa presso l'Hotel Vincci The Mint, al fine di non compromettere l'incolumità mia e dei miei familiari. Tale contingenza ha comportato un ingente ed imprevisto esborso economico, affrontato esclusivamente grazie alla mia immediata disponibilità finanziaria. Si precisa che, indipendentemente dalle specifiche della camera indicate sulla vostra piattaforma in merito all'assenza di aria condizionata, nessuna struttura ricettiva può alienare il principio cardine dell'idoneità igienico-sanitaria dei locali offerti al pubblico. Locali che raggiungono tali temperature non sono legalmente idonei alla locazione.

Liked mostPosizione centralissima e zona sicura, quindi ottimo anche se si è da soli. Lo staff è molto presente (seppur solamente tramite messaggio) e disponibile. Le indicazioni per il check-in erano accurate quindi è risultato tutto molto semplice. L'edificio è grande, ma tranquillo e silenzioso. La camera ha sicuramente superato le mie aspettative, dato che si trattava quasi di un mini appartamento con cucina, piastra ad induzione, utensili e tutto il resto. Bellissimo il letto che affacciava su una grande vetrata. Si possono prendere libri da leggere in prestito, c'è una seconda cucina comune e in stanza una polaroid da prendere in prestito con un piccolo contributo. Scelta stupenda

Liked mostL’emplacement de Bob W Madrid Chueca est vraiment excellent : en plein centre de Madrid, proche des commerces, restaurants et transports. L’appartement est également bien aménagé, propre et le concept avec kitchenette est pratique.

Could improveMalheureusement, plusieurs points ont rendu notre séjour beaucoup moins agréable. L’isolation phonique est insuffisante et le bruit provenant de l’extérieur peut être très gênant, surtout la nuit. Certains équipements ne sont pas à la hauteur du standing annoncé. Pour le prix payé, je m’attendais à un niveau de confort et de service supérieur. Le concept est intéressant et l’emplacement est incontestablement un atout, mais il reste plusieurs points à améliorer pour que l’expérience soit vraiment à la hauteur.

Could improveInitial online registration was not working properly because the reservation was for multiple rooms. The AI support could not resolve it. After speaking with a human support specialist on WhatsApp all issues were resolved. The support specialist was excellent … polite and very attentive.
