Perfect Hotel Option in Ginza

Liked mostWe enjoyed many things about this Hotel such as the Friendly and helpful staff, the Cleanliness and the spacious rooms, the Nice location which is a convenient walking distance to all of Ginza retail locations, the facilities were nice and services offered were great.

Could improveThe Minor negative things during our stay were a little maintenance work going on for a couple of days in the reception area and the elevator. The styling overall is a little dated.

Could improveThe washing machine was also completely unusable. Not only was it not working, but there was stagnant, foul water sitting inside it, which eventually spilled out onto the floor and leaked everywhere. This was extremely unhygienic and added to the already damp, dirty condition of the apartment. For an apartment being advertised to paying guests, the combination of the damp smell, cockroach droppings in the cupboards, and a broken washing machine full of stagnant water was completely unacceptable.
