I almost kept this place a secret…

Liked mostI almost didn’t write this review because part of me wanted to keep this place a secret. But that wouldn’t be fair to a team that genuinely goes above and beyond for every guest. Dear Hotel was one of the highlights of our stay in Madrid. The rooms are spacious, charming and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of storage space—something that’s surprisingly rare these days. The rooftop is a wonderful place to relax after a day exploring the city, and the rooftop pool offers some of the most spectacular views of Madrid. The location couldn’t be better. With several metro lines right outside the hotel, getting anywhere in the city is effortless, while many of Madrid’s main attractions are also within walking distance. Above all, what makes this hotel truly special is the staff. Every member of the team was warm, attentive and genuinely cared about making my stay memorable. I rarely say this, but Dear Hotel has become my go-to hotel in Madrid. I can’t wait to come back.

Could improvePeut etre un manque de place sur la terrasse justement. Sortir les serviettes des rares canapés quand les gens "réservent" mais sont absents de la terrasse pour limiter ce phénomène de manque de place.
