Could improveThere is a nightclub in the hotel, and the music was so loud that we could hear everything in our room. The only way to get some sleep was to use earplugs, which is unacceptable for a hotel stay. The breakfast was also very poor, with limited quality and selection. Overall, a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Could improve1. La chambre qui m’a été attribuée étai bruyante le soir et ceux car il y avais la boite de nuit de l’hôtel en bas, étant avec des enfant et surtout un bébé de 4 mois et demis cela été très désagréable et dérangeant, après avoir fait la remarque a l’équipe de la réception la réponse étais un simple « désolée ». 2- un cautionnement ma étai imposé chose qui n’était pas précisé durant ma réservation sur booking. 3- je suis membre et titulaire d’un carte de fidélité chez le groupes Hyatt que je communique au différant établissement Hyatt durant mes séjours chez eu afin de bénéficier de mes avantages qui me sont de doit et après leurs avoir demandé de l’associé à ma réservation ils on refusé sous prétexte que j’avais fait la réservation avec booking et non pas avec eux directement! 4- la literie n’était pas confortable aussi.
