Could improveComo único ponto menos positivo, nota-se que algumas áreas e instalações começam a evidenciar o desgaste natural do tempo e beneficiariam de uma renovação. Apesar de tudo se encontrar limpo e bem cuidado, uma actualização de alguns espaços tornaria a experiência ainda mais condizente com o elevado nível de serviço e com a categoria de um hotel de 5 estrelas.

First Class Team and Outstanding Hospitality

Liked mostMy recent stay at the Intercontinental Madrid was an absolute pleasure, and I cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness, generosity and outstanding hospitality. The hotel is absolutely spotless. And from arrival, everyone from the door staff to the porters and front desk staff, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I was given an absolutely fabulous room and the housekeeping staff kept it immaculate. I would like to highlight my experience at the hotel bar, where I received exceptional hospitality and engaging discussion. I look forward to my return and highly recommend to anyone visiting Madrid.
