I travel a lot and have stayed in many high-end hotels around the world, and I can genuinely say that I have rarely experienced such a friendly, welcoming, and attentive team. Every single member of staff we encountered, without exception, was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. What impressed me most was that they didn’t simply provide good service—they consistently went the extra mile. It was the small gestures, attention to detail, and genuine friendliness that made such a difference and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. A beautiful hotel is important, but it is the people who create a memorable experience, and the staff here certainly did that for us. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We would happily return!

Liked most格式高いホテルの雰囲気で、お部屋も清潔でした！ハネムーンのお祝いでシャンパンがあり、夫婦でいただきました。またテラスのあるお部屋にグレードアップして下さいました！！朝食をつけましたが、とても美味しくテラス席もあるので雰囲気も良くお勧めです！！アクセスも良いので、バスやメトロの駅も近く、周辺の治安も良いので安心でした。
