Could improveThe biggest problem with this hotel is not the room itself, but how they treat their guests when something goes wrong. At check-in, I discovered that two rooms had been booked instead of one. The reception staff explicitly assured me that I would not be charged for the second room, and based on that promise I paid for my stay. I also reported the issue through Booking.com while I was still at the hotel. The next day, I found that the hotel had blocked the full amount for the second room on my bank card anyway. I contacted the hotel several times, but they never resolved the issue or released the funds. Making a promise at reception and then doing the exact opposite is simply unacceptable. Unfortunately, this experience completely overshadowed my stay. I cannot recommend a hotel that fails to honor its own commitments.
