Wish my own bed was this comfortable!

Liked mostThese were the most comfortable beds/mattresses I’ve ever slept on! I need to buy their mattress toppers for my own bed at home. Pillows were good. Water pressure etc in the shower was great. Even the toilet was so pleasant! Hotel was absolutely silent. I never heard a soul. The location was fantastic.But I’m in our second hotel of the trip now and I SO miss the comfort of this one…I’m homesick for the Blossom hotel :)

Could improveThe only faults I’d give it, were slightly a surly male front desk person at check in - quite unfriendly as our very first encounter in Japan. And the size of the room is small. We had to step over our suitcases at the end of the bed as there was no where else to put them, and no place to unpack/store anything. Also, the breakfast looked really unappetising and expensive but I hadn’t booked it anyway so we went to Eggslut around the corner which was delicious.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

Liked mostThe room had everything we needed and it was very clean. Every day our bins were emptied and towels changed. Every three days, the beds were made and a full clean was completed. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything worked. Lawsons convenience store was next door and next door to that was McDonalds. Perfect! If we didn't want to go out for dinner, we could buy food and ready made meals from Lawsons. The staff were lovely and attentive and enjoyed their work. So close to Shinjuku Train Station and all the shops.
