Great location. However lots for improvement - very uncomfortable stay. Staff could be more friendly

Could improveAir- conditioning - unable to control temperature in the room which I was told was centrally controlled. 4 nights of a very uncomfortable sleep due to room being hot. Pillows also very uncomfortable. Milk ordered for child - arrived roughly 1 hr later. Staff service - did not initially help with luggage to put in taxi. The staff looked confused. The bed sheet was ripped - highlighted to the hotel all points above.
