Great location and service, but disappointing value for money due to dated facilities.

Liked mostThe hotel is very well located, with a beautiful view over the Bosphorus. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very responsive throughout our stay.

Could improveUnfortunately, the hotel feels quite dated, and some of the facilities need renovation. The magnifying mirror light was not working, and more importantly, the water was barely lukewarm. Although the staff responded very quickly when we reported it, the issue was not resolved. Breakfast was decent but nothing special. For the price, we expected a much higher standard, especially as other hotels in the same price range are newer and better maintained.
