Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and the same credit card used to guarantee your reservation must be presented to the hotel upon check-in. The hotel reserves the right to reject guests check in without the presentation of the original credit card with designated signature. If a different credit card is presented, the hotel may void the previous charge and make a new charge on the presented card to avoid any disputes. Please note that the business center is open Monday to Friday from 07:00 until 21:00 hrs. On Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, it is open from 08:00 to 18:00. Alcoholic beverage is restricted to guests above 18 years old. A valid ID is required. Please note that the hotel does not accept personal checks, only travel checks with valid ID will be accepted. All non-local guests are kindly requested to present their passport and immigration entry cards upon check-in. A deposit may be required at the property.
