The hotel was extremely poor in terms of cleanliness, service, and staff attitude. My entire experience was very disappointing from beginning to end. To make matters worse, I found a cockroach inside the hotel. When I reported the issue to a staff member, I expected an apology and for the problem to be taken seriously. Instead, the employee became angry and told me, “If you don’t like the hotel, leave today.” Imagine reporting a serious cleanliness and pest issue, only to be treated with this kind of disrespect instead of receiving proper assistance. It was already nighttime, but the employee showed absolutely no concern for my situation and made no effort to offer a reasonable solution. As a result, I left the hotel the following morning because I simply could not stay there any longer. Honestly, this hotel is not worth the money at all. What made the experience even worse was the extremely poor attitude of the staff and the complete lack of respect toward guests and their complaints. A very, very disappointing experience. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking it.
