Great luxury hotel at a great location.

Liked mostThe hotel is conveniently located at HND T3, easy access if you land at T3. The staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are reasonably sized and very comfortable. The food is also very good.

Could improveThe coffee provided in the room (Keurig) is low quality, unfortunately, and did not taste good. The Nespresso in the lobby was broken, so I. Order to get coffee, we had to walk to Lawson’s, which is a bummer.

Comfortable enough but poor value and sub-standard food

Could improveUnhelpful staff compared to other places in Japan, eg. being slightly reluctant to serve dinner in the final hour of restaurant opening times. Vegetarian dinner options and breakfasts are a bit of a joke: limited choice, stale burger bun, big-standard burger patty, pathetic portion of nacho topping and a single skinny roast tomato on cooked breakfast (especially considering meat elements were removed). All at slightly daft prices. Hotel is also poorly signposted from the train station, which is a real pain when you’re dragging multiple bags for flights the following day.

Wonderful way to begin and end your stay in Japan.

Liked mostFree access to the onsen was a phenomenal benefit. The onsen was incredible. Massage services were exceptional. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Staff and services helped to ease our jet lag as we began our travel in Japan. The room was comfortable with a nice river view. We got lucky and saw Mt Fugi from our room window on the first night. Oh, the breakfast was amazing.

Liked mostA lovely hotel to stay at on way home from Japan. Unfortunately I could not make the most of the facilities as I was unwell but my husband did. Would definitely stay again.
